PIONEER OF FUN

It was 2009, and like so many others, the economy got the best of me and I found myself on the open market. It was time for a fresh start and I can remember getting a call back for a marketing job at an assisted living property and thinking, "what the hell am I doing?" It was around that time when an old friend from my Ritz-Carlton days reached out. He had a wild idea of starting a teambuilding company and was looking for a business partner. So, I did what I always do when I need to think something through; I went on a road trip. When I returned, 38 days later, JP and I met for lunch and hashed out a rough framework for what would ultimately become the world's greatest teambuilding company (I may be a bit biased). To this day {outside of asking my beautiful wife to marry me} the best decision I ever made was joining JP and starting R&D Events. I can tell you one thing, it sure has been a lot of FUN!
